Food review: Shrimp noodle roll (dim sum)

Restaurant:
Canton Seafood & Dim Sum Restaurant (San Francisco)
Food description: Rice noodles stuffed with shrimp in sweet soy sauce served cold (dim sum)
Food rating: 6.5 out of 10
Times ordered: 3

The shrimp noodles here are decent, but nothing spectacular. I order it here and there and enjoy the big chunks of shrimp inside. There's really not much to this dish, just shrimp wrapped in rice noodles. It's a little too simple I'd say, and doesn't really have that much flavor. It's still enjoyable though--it's fresh and light, and the sweet soy sauce doesn't overpower the shrimp. The texture of the noodles is good, not too mushy, and leaves a clean taste in your mouth. The shrimp could use a little seasoning, however. Compared to the other noodle dim sum at this restaurant, the shrimp noodles are the best.
